The instructors are Sarah Carlson and Jennifer Winfield.

Sarah has been a licensed salesperson for 34 years. She earned the accreditation of Certified Residential Specialist and has taken numerous college level Real Estate courses at the University of Maryland. Additionally, she was an instructor at Prince George’s Community College. Her extensive experience and teaching skills have developed numerous successful agents!

Jennifer is a 1995 Graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She has over eight years’ experience in Real Estate and held the title of Real Estate Corporate Trainer for three years.

After passing the state licensing test, and joining Prudential Ridgeway Realty, the cost of the course is reimbursed to you at your first settlement!
